Driven by a vision to redefine reproductive healthcare in South India, Dr. Niveditha Amilthan completed her prestigious MRCOG (UK) qualifications and advanced clinical fellowships before establishing The Hive Fertility Clinic — a centre where international standards meet genuine warmth.
She has specialized in complex reproductive endocrinology, personalized IVF protocols, and minimal access endoscopic surgery — pioneering custom endometrial receptivity management and therapies for couples facing recurrent pregnancy loss.
At the core of her practice is an unyielding commitment to patient dignity, privacy, and transparent care — walking every couple through their journey from initial evaluation to healthy childbirth.
Dr. Amilthan K
Dr. Amilthan K is a veteran Senior Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon and a Co-Director of The Hive Fertility Clinic. With over 15 years of surgical excellence, he heads the surgery department at Dr. Mehta's Hospital, Chetpet, delivering world-class minimally invasive surgical care.
His fellowship training in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery — Colorectal (FALS) enables complex abdominal, gastrointestinal, and colorectal procedures through tiny incisions — minimising recovery time and post-operative complications.
At The Hive Fertility Clinic, Dr. Amilthan K oversees surgical interventions supporting fertility care — including laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis, fibroid removal, and uterine corrections — working hand-in-hand with the fertility team for holistic outcomes.
